When you're ready to meet a sitter, there are a few initial steps you need to complete. Think of it as the information-gathering phase—both for you and for us. You want to make sure that we are a good fit for your pets and their needs, and we do as well. The steps below ensure your pets get the very best care possible.
The Steps to Getting Started
1. Start Your Profile
The first step is to let us know that you're interested in our pet sitting services by starting your online profile.
Immediately after starting your account, watch your inbox for our welcome email. It directs you to activate your account.
2. Provide Pet Details
Once activated, the next step is to add all of your account information. We ask all the basics about where you live, an emergency contact, as well as very detailed questions about each of your pets. When you've provided those details, we will reach out to set up a face-to-face meeting in your home.
3. Meet Your Sitter
Based on your location, your pets, and their needs, a primary sitter and a backup sitter will be assigned to you. The primary sitter will contact you to schedule a time for both sitters to stop by to meet you and your pets. This is when you can ask questions and walk us through the needs of each pet.
4. Schedule Services
After that meeting we all decide if our services are a good fit for you and your pets. If we both are ready, you will use our scheduling software to setup your first booking. From then on, your pet's care is on autopilot and we'll be ready whenever you need us.
